Regarding Class IV Jobs – The Appointment Shall be cancelled ab-initio, if it’s found that the Candidate is having higher qualification than the prescribed one at any stage later on, he/she shall also be liable for Criminal Prosecution. The observation has again been reiterated on 19th Sep by the Health Department while Cancelling the Selection of a Female candidate selected under the List 01.
