The Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Singha has approved the proposal to do away with the requirement of interview or oral examination for different level 6 posts. Recruitment is coming for many posts in Jammu and Kashmir
The spokesman said that this decision will soon recruit more than 1,000 posts, including 855 posts of Junior Engineer (Civil). Notification will be issued soon through Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board. In the coming time, there will be direct jobs without any interview on Level 6 recruitments. Now the hassle of interview is over. The Lieutenant Governor has also directed to identify such other posts, on which recruitment can be done without interview. Government job interview removed in Rajasthan too
Interview has been abolished in Government Jobs in Rajasthan. This decision will be applicable to all other government jobs except 4 services including Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS). Now in most of the recruitment candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination only.
